Oktay, my superhero bellboy, went above and beyond to assist with every need, from arranging transportation to providing wheelchair access. the receptionists, Fatih and Baris, handled payment issues with patience and understanding, ensuring a stress-free check-in. The hotel's amenities catered perfectly to business needs with fully equipped apartments, free parking, and a convenient location near Vadi Mall. the on-site restaurant and fitness center added to the convenience. I highly recommend it for a seamless and productive business trip.
